• We charge a booking fee, which is fully redeemable when you come to the studio. The cost of the session will depend on what you choose. Our bisque prices range from £17 to £45.

• There is no additional cost for glazing and firing.

• The booking fee is not refundable if you cancel less than 24hours before your session.

• It is expected that each member of your party will paint at least one item during your session (exceptions can be made depending on circumstances with prior agreement).

• Painting sessions are booked for 2 hours. If you haven’t finished your ‘masterpiece’ in this time, you are welcome to come back and continue painting your item(s) on another day. This will require a new table reservation and a new booking fee to be paid. The repeat booking fee is redeemable if you also paint a new item or if you bring a friend or relative to come and paint another item with you.

• We are proud to provide a serene and mindful painting environment. For this reason, if you are visiting with children, you may be invited to use our private function room at our discretion.
